Maintenance Service
With a state-of-the-art document storage process across the board which has been tailored to suit the Pacific Hire brand, all our service history is saved in our own Cloud server called “Destiny” all service documents can be emailed within seconds of a phone call.
A 24-hour breakdown service with qualified mechanics and electricians is available to all customers 7 days per week.
On site and fleet support repairs using fully equipped field service vehicles.
Equipment & Resources
Pacific Hire operates from branches within Melbourne, Wangaratta and Adelaide. The company provides the fleet’s operational and maintenance facilities throughout all 3 locations and all locations and technicians have access to our online cloud system Destiny.
Workplace Health & Safety
Pacific Hire has a Workplace Health and Safety management system. The system covers all aspects of operations including transportation of equipment including load restraint auditing, vehicle audits, yard safety audits daily including daily toolbox discussions every morning, auditing of all maintenance of equipment and wet hire activities.
Environmental Management System
We seek to minimize our impact on the environment. This includes investing in new equipment that has improved emission performance and a program of oil sampling and maintenance to ensure that equipment is maintained in top operating condition.
Pacific Hire recycles all recyclable items it can, from Scrap steel, cardboard and paper, oil filters and waste oil.
Risk Management System
The company’s risk management approach includes continuous reinvestment in the fleet to advance with the industry in state of the art safety items being added to the fleet (Both new and existing) and proactive monitoring of fleet performance and quality.

Pacific Hire carries Workcover, Public Liability and Vehicle - Plant & Equipment insurances.
